As authorized by a prestigious transnational EU-based corporation and a 
prestigious Japanese electrical company in November 2006, we launched an 
investigation on intellectual property infringing products in the electronics 
market and coordinated with relevant regulatory authorities in investigation and 
punishment on behalf of our clients. 

      

       

Through investigation for more than one month, we eventually locked the target 
in an industrial district in Bao’an District Shenzhen. After fully identifying 
the production, warehousing and transportation of the target factory, we 
coordinated with Shenzhen Quality & Technical Supervisory Administration 
Bao’an Office to investigate and crack down to counterfeiting factory, thus 
seizing RMB 1.1 million worth of counterfeited PHILIPS and SONY earphones. 


     

     
Since this case involved high value, the Technical Supervisory Administration 
handed it over to public security agency for punishment and relevant persons 
involved in the case received severe punishment by law. 
Through close investigation and proper coordination with regulatory 
authorities, we accurately and effectively cracked down the infringing case and 
thus minimized market risks for those prestigious brands.
