As authorized by Mr. Li in a high-grade residence in Luohu District Shenzhen in 2004, we investigated the mobile phone message event he had suffered for more than half a year. For more than half a year, according to Mr. Li, his mobile phone often received harassing short messages from multiple mobile phone numbers.
